Apartment alteration of approximately 1300 sf. located at an existing 55-story, mixed-use building. The scope included kitchen improvements, reconfiguration of interior spaces, and finish upgrades. During the design process, we met with the client and Building Management to coordinate specific requirements, offer alternates, suggest feasibility of design, and coordinate spaces and details.
