Christie’s Offices - 5th Floor

Complete floor alteration of approximately 45,000 square feet of office space. Participated in the programming process by conducting interviews and work sessions between the end user and client. The scope of work included architectural and interior design, FF&E selection, adaptability of spaces, and coordination of 5 different departments. Compliance with accessibility requirements was carefully analyzed. Provisions for new shared spaces such as a pantry, phone boots, nursery rooms, and meeting rooms were created as per end-user need.
