Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village

This private residential community consists of 110 apartment buildings, 80 acres of outdoor spaces, and amenities. The proposed scope included the addition of exterior ramps and alteration of residents’ amenities such as a coffee shop, skating rink, and playground. Worked in collaboration with Building managers to comply with residents and AOJ requirements. The exterior designs were carefully analysed not to disturb the existing landscape and to accommodate these new features as part of the existing conditions
