Upgrading sport training facilities and amenities on the 7th floor on this landmark NYC building. The scope of work included renovation of an existing squash, boxing, and judo training rooms. The design intent was to re-purpose the spaces to accommodate Golf Simulators, Yoga, and Pilates studios on the existing premises. The new spaces kept the identity of the building and interior finishes.
